Admission Process Details

 

  • Priority enrollment consideration is given to: re-enrolling students, siblings who meet all admissions qualifications, and children previously enrolled in summer camp.

  

  • The first step in Rayuela’s enrollment process is to complete an application form, either online (Registration basics) or contacting us at rayuelaenrollment@outlook.com, and submit it to our school along with a $150 non-refundable application fee, ($60 for Summer Camp).

  • If space is available for your child, upon receipt and acceptance of your application, Rayuela will provide an enrollment agreement along with all the requirements information.

 

  • The enrollment agreement must be re-submitted to Rayuela along with appropriate fees and deposit by May 1st.

 

  • If there are no openings at the time of the application, admission to Rayuela School is possible by placing the child on our waiting list. The waiting list for the next academic year starts on the first day of October (i.e., if your child will be eligible to attend school in August 2023, you will need to register your child's name on the waiting list starting October 1st, 2022). Please note that the waiting list is valid for two years. If your child is not admitted due to limited space, you will need to renew his/her name on the waiting list again.

  • If you are on our WAITING LIST and want to know about the status of your application, is important for you to know that the re-enrollment period for current families ends on February-March and we WILL START NOTIFYING new families about admission to our school by the end of March-April

  • Summer camp enrollment period for current students: February 1st to February 28th.

  • Summer camp enrollment period for new students: Early bird registration March 1st to March 31st.  After this period regular prices apply.

  • Rayuela's summer camp is developed in 10 weeks: Starting June 12th and ending August 18th.
